Robert's Story
He was born in Alpine, Texas on April 18, 1941, to Liberato Baéza Gambóa and Virginia Dávaloz Vásquez. [Use census records to see in which decade the family moved to Pecos and when Robert moved to Coyanosa. Verify with family members especially Sue.]

Robert lived in Coyanosa where he owned Coyanosa Food Center in Coyanosa, Texas since November 1969. Robert was a Fire Department and Ambulance volunteer for many decades in Coyanosa.  Recently Robert had been recognized with an award for having resided longer than anyone else in Coyanosa, Texas.

He was born in Alpine, Texas on April 18, 1941,
to Liberato Baéza Gambóa and Virginia Dávaloz Vásquez.
He married Elida Morúa on November 12, 1989.

from 10:30am  9:00pm

at Pecos Funeral Home,  

Mass will be celebrated
at 10:00 am on Friday, August 7, 2026
at Santa Rosa Catholic Church
in Pecos, Texas.
