Research Notes: Pedro Dionicio de Acosta was born April 29 but there is a question about the year. We found his birth year as 1711, but a different record says he was born in 1722 which makes more sense.  His father, Juan Francisco de Acosta b. 1695, would have been 16 years old in 1711 but 27 in 1722.  Pedro's wife was born in 1729.  Also Pedro death year if 1820 would not match well with some of the earlier birth years; so all three dates might be questionable but especially the year of death.  I am not doubting the records.  I am simply wondering which ones belong to this Pedro Acosta.  ASF
