Filberto González
born in Presidio June 1882
Benigna Molinar
born circa 1886 in Presidio, TX

Filberto Gonzalez married Benigna Molinar circa 1906

They had three children:

1. Jesus "Jesusita" González
    born 8 Aug 1909 in Shafter, TX;
    died 26 Mar 1941 of tuberculosis in Terlingua,TX;
    buried in the Terlingua Cemetery (her grave is marked);
    married Jorge Valenzuela;
    they had four children.

2. Luz
    born
6 September 1909 Presidio, Texas, United States
    died 28 December 1995

3. Filberto González Jr.
    born 21 Apr 1913 in Presidio.
    died from an accidental dynamite explosion while working for the Tarrant Mining Co.
    buried in the Terlingua Cemetery (his grave is marked).

4.  María González, born in Presidio 4 Apr 1916.
    died in Medical Center Hospital, Odessa on 20 Jun 1988;
    buried in the Kermit, Texas Cemetery (her grave is marked).
    She married Alberto R. Jácquez circa 1930.
    They had three children.

The Story: In 1910 they were living along the River west of Presidio where he was working as a farm laborer. 
                Benigna and Filberto had four children:
                    (1)   Daughter Jesusita Gonzalez was born 8 August 1909 in Shafter, TX.
                            She died in Terlingua 26 March 1941 of Tuberculosis and is buried in the Terlingua Cemetery.
                            Her grave is marked.
                            She married Jorge Valenzuela on 10 November 1928 in the Terlingua area.
                            The ceremony was performed by Father Gregorio Fernandez.
                            The witnesses were Benigno Franco and Manuel Gomez.
                            Jorge was born in Marathon 17 April 1908 and was baptized there 23 April 1908
                             by Father Brocardus. His godparents were Santos Valdez and Marta Hernandez.
                            He died of Tuberculosis in Terlingua 19 July 1942 and is buried in the Terlingua Cemetery.
                           Jesusita and Jorge had four children:
                                 a. Guadalupe Valenzuela (daughter) was born 29 November 1929 in Terlingua.
                                        She was living in Alpine between 1943 and 1948.
                                        She died there 28 June 1948 of Typhoid Fever and is buried in Alpine.
              
                b. Felix G. Valenzuela was born 18 May 1931 in Brewster County.
              
                c. Estela Valenzuela was born 15 September 1933 in Alpine and
                                         died there 28 May 1934. She is buried in Alpine.
              
                d. Lucia Valenzuela was born 4 December 1938 in Brewster County.
                                 
Lucia's grandmother, Benigna Molinar, was Paz and Alberto Molinar's sister.
