Hi everyone!

Just going to let everyone know that the Gambóa family reunion was held in midland Texas on April 30th and was a big success.

I wanted to take the time to say thank you to my cousin Johnny Rodriguez who did a wonderful job putting it all together.

I don’t know how many attended, but it was a lot of people. There were like 4 different sets of t-shirts from some of the Gambóa’s.
Hopefully Johnny can give us a little update on about how many of us there were and all that.

Also wanted to let everyone know that you can see the video of the Juán Gambóa (my dad's uncle and the grandfather of the Gambóa family from midland) family on u-tube. Just look under Gambóa family reunion 2011. (it’s the one where there’s a picture of a horse at the beginning).

I wanted to take this time to send y’all some of the pictures i took. (sorry I couldn’t get the pictures in but i will work on trying to get them emailed to y’all.

I hope i can get then in on this email on the attachments.

I also want to say thank you to Antonio Franco for putting it on the Familias de Terlingua web site.

And Johnny did announce that he plans to have another reunion hopefully next year or so in the big bend area.

Hi, Suelema. I realize this site is for the Gamboa family, but i noticed you also have information on the Vasquez side of the family. I am a Vasquez through my mom, Erminia Vasquez (Rodriguez). I understand you are in charge of updates on the family tree, and i thought I would share some information/correction that might be of interest to you. If so, please send me your email at your earliest convenience, and I'll have the information ready.
