In the 1920 census the family listed right before Julián García, who is 55,  is also a García, Monete [Manito?] who is only 33.  Are they related? Younger brother to Julian?

The actual image of Julian and Ysabel's marriage document will be found at https://www.familysearch.org/search/film/004248223?cc=1521780.  Search for Dec 1, 1883.  There are 2173 records to search.

She was a spoiled woman and made life hard for her family. Mama says that Julian was a wonderful man
And loved her dearly, but had to wait on her. I remember Manita (Severa) taking us to visit "Hermana Isabel and Las muchachas" Las muchachas were old maids, only one of her daughters had the guts to get married.
We would go Sundays and that was the most boring visits for young girls. She was on this high bed with a lot of crocheted pillows around her. She sat there like a queen and her daughters waited on her.
My mother says that when Eufemia married Ricarte Loya, Isabel cried, wailing like it was funeral instead of a wedding.
Day before yesterday I went to visit Simona Payanes,
And she was telling me stories about her. What a way to remember her.

I am amazed at Simona, she is 99 years old and she cooks meals for her son and a daughter that spends her days with her. Simona lives by herself and her mind is sharp. We looked at pictures and newspaper clippings. We were looking for Juliana's baptismal record. We found her original marriage license.

If I am going to live that long, I hope I do as well .
I could go and on, but I do not want to bore you.
I enjoy your e mails so much.

Probably C, Poor Isabel, her picture seems to show a beard on her.
