Rafaela Baeza was Josefa Baeza Valenzuela’s sister.  She was born in Texas probably in El Polvo or Redford near Presidio, Texas.  She moved from Texas to “El Pueblito” in Mexico in the state of Chihuahua.  She married Jesus Loya and raised her family there.  The family story was that one of her brothers had fought with Pancho Villa in the Mexican Revolution.  When Villa won he awarded him land.  He was born in the US but he moved there and took his mother, Pomposa Domínguez Baeza with him.  Pomposa had been living with her daughter Josefa Valenzuela at their ranch home in Terlingua.

Mexico Census, 1930 Chihuahua Aldama San Juan de Urrutia Image 13 of 20

The 1930 Census of Mexico taken in May 1930 shows the family and at the bottom of the page is Alberto Baeza, Rafaela's oldest sibling who was 20 years older than Rafaela.

I found the 1930 Mexico US Census record using Family Search.
