Benigno Franco

Benigno at 06 Ranch
Benigno was a real cowboy. Here he is at Kokernot '06' Ranch

"This picture reflects the hardiness of the cowboys.  Earlier  on the day this picture was taken Benigno had fallen off a horse and had to have stitches on his head.  You can see the bandage under his hat.  Cowboys did not waste their time. He was mending his chaps while in camp recuperating from the fall.  The man standing is  the cook, Gavino Romero."  Louisa Madrid
