Memorial for Felix Valenzuela

This cross was erected by his family at the site where Felix Valenzuela was killed in 1938.
 

Although broken, it still lies there on the ground.

On el dia de los muertos November 2, 2009 Felix had his velita burning thanks to the Villalba family.

Memorial Walk -- Below is a view of the Memorial Walk which is part of the memorial. On the left side of the red  walk is the low East Wall.  The wall is made up of many panels on which are inscribed the names of the fallen law enforcement officers.  On the right is a close-up of Panel 22 which has Felix' name inscribed in line 11.
