He was a student at the Molinar School in 1925. He . He married Jesus Gómez. They had five children.

1.  Manuel Molinar  born 5 September, 1943 in Alpine. married Maria.
     Manuel died in 1986 and is buried in East Hill Cemetery in Fort Stockton.
     Manuel and Maria had five children, all of whom were living in Fort Stockton in 1986.

2. Tomas Molinar, Jr. was born 1 October, 1944 in Brewster County. In 1986 he was living in Seminole.
              
3. Wilfredo “Will” Molinar was born 30 March, 1947 in Brewster County.
              
4. Felix Molinar was living in Odessa in 1986.
              
5. Noe Molinar was living in Alpine in 1986.
