Juan Hinojos married Crisostoma Luján

Juan and Crisostoma had four children:

1. Jesús born in 1829 in Ojinaga, Mexico married Aleja Acosta; they had three children.

                A. Vicente Hinojos born in 1858
                                    2) Macario Hinojos Sr. born in 1879
                                              b) Macario Hinojos Jr. aka Francisco Alvarado born in 1909        

                B. Maria de Jesus Hinojos
                         born in 1862
                        died in Ojinaga in March 1864
                        buried at Jesus Nazareno Temple, Ojinaga on 23 March 1864


               C. Santiago Hinojos
                         married Eufracia Heredia 21 November 1880.
                        They were married by Father Jose Hoban from St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Fort Davis.
                        Witnesses were Marcos Lujan and Victoriana Acosta.

3. María born in 1840

4. Toribio Hinojos married Toribia Galindo January 1, 1846 in Jesus Nazareno Church
      in Ojinaga.
      Toribia was the daughter of Rafael Galindo and Carmen Alvarez.
      Toribio and Toribia had four children:
               A. Epifanio Hinojos was baptized in Jesus Nazareno Church, Ojinaga, May 4, 1850.
               He married Cresencia Montoya in the same church October 2, 1894.
               She was born in San Isidro, Mexico in 1868, to Matias Montoya and Manuela Anaya. 
               Epifanio and Cresencia were in El Polvo, Texas in June 1895.

               B. Eusebia Hinojos was born in Ojinaga in 1851.
               She married Andres Madrid June 23, 1867 in Jesus Nazareno Church, Ojinaga.
               He was born in Ojinaga in 1844, the son of Leon Madrid and Josefa Cortez.
 
               C. Marcelina Hinojos was born in 1857 in Ojinaga.
                She married Maximo Acosta January 15, 1893 in Jesus Nazareno Church, Ojinaga.                        
                Maximo was born to Crisanto Acosta and Juana Carnero.


               D. Manuel Hinojos was born in Mexico in 1859.
               He married Timotéa Galindo November 7, 1885 in Jesus Nazareno Church, Ojinaga.
               She was born in Mexico in 1869, to Mariano Galindo and Maria Nieves Granado.

Research Notes:
Severo Hinojos Sr. (born Ojinaga 1837?) (married to Alejandra Flores)
                            and his son Severo Hinojos Jr. 1895
(married 28 Jan 1921 to Josefa Armendariz 1900) have matching information but some discrepancies that need to be figured out.  Image of Severo Jr's marriage reg is across three images 135 p 119, 136 p 120, and 137 p 121.   Isidra Porras may or may not be involved.
Severo Sr may have had two wives:
Faustina Carnero Acosta 1837–Deceased  •  KL14-139 ​​and Isidra Porras Deceased  •  LH3R-JKH ​​
